1.NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Open to legal residents of USA 18 years of age or older employed as an automotive technician, or automotive repair shop manager or owner at time of drawing. To enter, complete this Entry Form and return to servicing Parts Plus supplier or mail to Repair America Sweepstakes Headquarters, 3085 Fountainside Drive, #210, Germantown, TN 38138. Sweepstakes ends August 31, 2010.

2. YOU HAVE A SECOND CHANCE to enter via the internet when your Game Card indicates “Try Again”. Go to www.partsplus.com, click on Sweepstakes and complete the information requested along with the Game Card Serial # in the scratch off area. Information must be complete and submitted by dates indicated in Paragraph 3 for valid entry.

3. ALL ENTRIES received by September 15, 2010 will be eligible for prizes to be drawn on or around September 30, 2010. Winners will be selected in random drawings at Repair America Sweepstakes Headquarters. Decisions of Sponsor on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes are final and binding.

4. SWEEPSTAKES PRIZES: (1) Grand Prize – Bahama Cruise for (2) includes: airfare from major airport nearest winner’s home and Cruise package. Approximate value $5,000. (2) 1st Place VIP Race Weekend Trip for (2). Both VIP Race Weekend trips include: airfare from major airport nearest winner’s home, hotel for 2 nights, race tickets, airport transfers. Approximate value $3,000 each. (5) 2nd Place prizes of $2,000 cash. (10) 3rd Place prizes of flat screen TVs approximate retail value $500, (100) 4th Place prizes of $50 Best Buy gift cards. No prize substitutions or transfers. Travel accommodations are at Sponsor’s option. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received by date indicated. Limit one major prize per family or household.

5. FOR A LIST of major prize winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to “Sweepstakes Winners List” c/o Repair America Sweepstakes Headquarters, 3085 Fountainside Drive, #210, Germantown, TN 38138.

6. EMPLOYEES or agents of Parts Plus, or any of the participating prize sponsors, their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of the immediate family or the same household of such employees are ineligible.

7. BY PARTICIPATING and winning a prize, winner releases Parts Plus and the participating prize sponsors, the prize supplier, their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and their employees, officers, directors and agents of any of the above organizations from any and all liability with respect to participation in the Drawings, awarding of the prize(s) or use/misuse of the prize. Prize winners and travel companions will be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility and release. Where legal, by accepting the prize, winner agrees to the use of his/her name, city and state of residence, likeness or photograph by Sponsor and prize sponsors for advertising/publicity purposes without further compensation. Void where prohibited. Subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. All taxes are winner’s responsibility.

8. SCRATCH OFF GAME RULES: Carefully rub off the shaded area of the game piece to see if you are a winner. If message on game piece states $5, Food Coupon, or Instant Winner, you win the prize indicated. To claim your prize, take the original winning game piece to the Parts Plus Autostore where you obtained it no later than September 5, 2010 or, if you obtained Game Card by mail, mail it to Repair America Sweepstakes Headquarters for receipt by September 15, 2010. Odds of winning an instant prize are 1:7.

9. GAME CARDS may be obtained at participating Parts Plus autostores; limit one Game Card per person/per day. To request a Game Card by mail, hand print your name, business name, address, city, state, zip, telephone number and the words “Repair America Sweepstakes” on a 3 x 5 card and mail with a self addressed, stamped envelope (Vt. Residents may omit return postage) to: Repair America Sweepstakes Headquarters, 3085 Fountainside Drive, #210, Germantown, TN 38138 for receipt by August 15, 2010. Limit one hand written request per envelope. Game Cards forged, altered, mechanically reproduced or tampered with are void. Liability for defective game piece limited to replacement game piece, if available. If, due to error, more prizes, or prizes of greater value, are claimed than are intended to be awarded, Sponsor reserves the right to award only the number and value of prizes intended and, if necessary, winners will be determined in a random drawing. 10.
